WHAT IT DOES
Turns medical-report wording into structured, plain-language explanations. The project includes workflows for laboratory, radiology, pathology, cardiology and clinical notes; pasted text, PDF extraction and image/scanned-PDF OCR; optional AI analysis and a limited local fallback; and checks designed to retain source details.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Seller-owned source code, automated tests, technical documentation, system contracts, deployment files, fictional demonstrations, transfer materials and transferable design/branding assets. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses.

WHAT REMAINS
Independent legal, privacy, security, clinical and licensing review; production hosting and deployed browser acceptance; Linux container/OCR verification. Customer accounts, billing and saved-report storage are not included. A buyer is responsible for provider accounts and operating costs.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
